water's interview

this interview was made to my father who has been studing about the water in the world.
Julio (junior): "can you tell us the percentage of water in the world?"
Julio (father): "the percentage of salty water in the world is of 97% and sweet water is of 3% of that 3% only the 30% is potable, the other 70% corresponds to glaciers, but this percentage its going to diminish drastically because of the global warming".
Julio (jr): "how does the human polute the water?"
Julio (father): "principally with the liquid wastes of the industries and with the black water and grey water of the cities and towns".
Julio(jr): "does the human is concious of this?"
Julio (father): "the goverments of the first world countries (USA, Japan, Italy, France, Germany, Canada, England and Russia), and the internacional organizations like the ONU and the UNESCO for more than 30 years are making campaings and meetings with the purpose of analize the global problem of decrease of potable water, to look for solutions as for tell this situation to the rest of the world".
Julio (jr): "what are the countries that polute the most the potable water?"
Julio (father): " they are the USA, China and India.
Julio (jr): " what are the countries that have the smallest quantity of potable water?"
Julio (father): "they are (principally) Australia and the 90% of African countries".
Julio (jr): "what can we do to save the water?"
Julio (father): "this is a job that must be done in all the levels of the states and societies. The states must make harsh laws and make shure societies (industries and civils) know them and accomplish them, understanding that this laws must be based in avoiding the polution of potable water, but also in the saving of clean water and the recicling of the gray water".
Julio (jr): "ok dad, thanks for the information, and i hope you continue studing about water".
Julio (father): "thank you son for your questions about this topic that is very important for all the world".
